Twin heart meditation

Sit comfortably with your back straight and close your eyes.

  1. Take a few deep breaths to relax.

  2. Visualize a brilliant golden light above your head, representing divine energy or universal love.

  3. Imagine this golden light flowing down through the top of your head, filling your entire body with love, compassion, and healing energy.

  4. Focus on your heart chakra in the center of your chest.

  5. Visualize your heart chakra expanding and radiating brilliant pink light, filling your entire body and extending beyond it.

  6. Silently or aloud, say words of loving-kindness, such as "May all beings be happy, healthy, and at peace."

  7. Finally, visualize the golden light and pink light merging together and radiating outwards, blessing the entire world with love and healing energy.

Practice this meditation regularly for inner peace, emotional healing, and to spread love and positivity to others.
